Premier League Stats Analysis : Brighton vs Arsenal

Arsenal were no better in loose ball recoveries. Tomiyasu and Odegaard lost all of their duels. Tierney and White were both unimpressive.

Brighton were by far the best team on the pitch in both aspects, offence and defence. They dominated the game, created chances and were very solid at the back. However, they failed to take full advantage of the chances they created. Graham Potter’s men were not clinical at all and paid the price of drawing a match they should have ended up winning comfortably. Though they really did show why they are one of the teams in the top half of the table. On the other hand, Arsenal were really lucky to take a point away from the match after a poor display. They struggled at the back and were unable to create anything as well.
