Arsenal fans would argue that there is plenty that needs to change at the club, with no stone being left unturned for many.

Many of them would rather have new owners and a new board leading the club from the top, whilst many will want the team to be on the receiving end of some top investment, as the playing squad is deemed to be far from where a club of the Gunners’ reputation is.

Indeed, when thinking about betting on Arsenal and using sites such as www.maxfreebets.co.uk to get the best bonus offers, many will think twice about using it on the North London outfit as they are one that are incredibly unpredictable.

However, that could all change this summer as Mikel Arteta is reportedly planning a number of wholesale changes to his playing squad, with a plethora in line to be shown the exit door.

According to a report by the Guardian, numerous names are in the frame to leave the Emirates Stadium this summer, with around five established names in the first team also having been pinpointed as potential leavers.

Hector Bellerin is one of those, with it claimed that he could look to return to Spain this summer after he had allegedly told his representatives that he does not want to renew or extend his contract beyond the current 2023 expiry date that it currently has, thus forcing the Gunners to act.

Furthermore, Bernd Leno could leave as he has two years left but has not indicated whether he would like to discuss new terms as of yet, with Granit Xhaka also in the same situation and perhaps is thinking about a change of scenery and a different challenge with Jose Mourinho’s AS Roma thought to be keen.

Offloading the players might be damaging squad-wise, however there is no denying that it could ease the money available and free up plenty more in the transfer kitty for Arteta when looking to recruit new faces to try and get the club back into European club competition.

Alexandre Lacazette is another with a contract close to expiration as he has just one year left and he could be offloaded at a price in order to save the embarrassment of losing him for nothing in 12 months, whilst David Luiz has already confirmed he will leave the club this summer.

Sead Kolasinac will return after his time at Schalke, but he will be made available for a permanent transfer, whilst the likes of Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Reiss Nelson, Joe Willock, Mattéo Guendouzi and Lucas Torreira could all be available, as well.

The only problem Arsenal may have is finding a suitable buyer that is willing to pay the asking price the Gunners have.
