Arsenal has been linked with a move for Leicester City’s Wilfred Ndidi and I think if we’re given an opportunity to sign the Nigeria international it would be a no-brainer. Since he joined the Foxes has been amazing and I am surprised that no team has taken him from the King Power Stadium.

Lucas Torreira shone in the 2018 World Cup in Russia when we signed him and it was considered a significant coup. However, Unai Emery found out how limited he was and didn’t rely upon him this season, although he began his season well. Mikel Arteta was giving him the opportunity and that I believe that is because we lack an alternate. He’s improved for certain I remain unconvinced that he is the best player which we’re able to get because of his position.

An upgrade would be represented by Ndidi in lots of ways we should not hesitate to sign the Nigerian and sell Torreira, and some numbers would be given by me. Despite making over 100% more tackles than Lucas Torreira season, Ndidi won 69 percent of his tackles compared Torreira’s 60%. Ndidi has also made 174 recoveries this year, Torreira has made only 77. While only 18 has been made by Torreira the Nigerian has 40 clearances this season. He is also better than Torreira in the air, he’s won 54 aerial duels this year compared to Torreira’s six. Ndidi’s numbers show that he is the best player to sit in front of Arsenal’s defence, in my opinion.
